The start of a new year will often inspire us to evaluate general past performance, and to hope and dream for a better future. In our work, nutrition, relationships, goals etc., we strive to do better and then make plans for positive changes if they are needed. General good health and exercise fitness will help keep us motivated and provide the strength and stamina needed to accomplish our goals. A well planned fitness program that is reasonable and simple to follow through out the year is best than one only done just to satisfy an end of the year fitness goal. Regular exercise and nutrient rich power foods will naturally provide a general sense of well-being. Our bodies and mind function better thanks to the newly produced endorphins that result from a great work out and regular exercise. A new approach to fitness that is becoming very popular is the concept of “anytime for fitness” and one that works for many that have a busy schedule. This type of program is best planned by a professional fitness trainer that could review your work schedule and then design or map a work out program that will work with your schedule. You may even try to design and map out your own program, however is best to get it reviewed professionally. This will help you avoid a possible work out injury.

The answer is no since the fitness trainer could also plan a program that you could follow up at home in between fitness center visits. For example, let’s say that a client could only visit the gym on Fridays. A program could be designed so that the client could do a well planned 5 to 8 lbs. free-weights routine, fitness walking and if travel is also part of the individual’s job the fitness trainer may also suggest to the client a cardio kick boxing or aerobic exercise travel CD. Fitness trainers that have several years experience in the field often create their own fitness work outs media and or body building training DVDs. A one time fee is often charged for a well-designed professional office or home fitness program. Support your local fitness center since many in this country have high operating costs and great for us not to have to purchase our own fitness equipment. Everyone should try to visit a professional fitness trainer at least once if not several times in their lifetime. Do not forget also to get new gym wear, body building work out clothes and sexy fitness apparel. Work out clothes are best to get in an easy to wear soft light fabrics that will not hold extra moisture and that move with you.

What is popular this season in women’s fitness apparel or athletic gym wear? Well outfits that could go easily from the gym, to the day care, or out for a day of family shopping. Like the movie phrase that said, “build- it and they will come”, well we could easily say, wear your gym wear and the day to become motivated to visit your gym will also come. Unique attractive fitness apparel will definitely motivate you to work out in style. Enjoy yourself and think positive no matter which is your current level of fitness. My two most favorite career fitness trainers are Shawn Phillips of California and Stew Smith a former navy seal. I have enjoyed all professional trainers that I have met specially the ones in Colorado Springs, at Peterson Air force base. Thanks to all fitness trainers for helping us feel and look so good.
